The psychology of losing weight is equally as important as the exercise. In order to get yourself to the gym every single day you need to tackle your monkey mind that wants to do anything but go to the gym. We’ll be training your mind as much as we’re training your body. The program keeps you accountable and the inspiration and affirmations train your mind to know your body can do it!

You need a gym membership, your charged device, headphones, a good pair of sneakers, a water bottle, workout clothes, an elastic for your hair if it’s long, and a great attitude!

If you skip a day at the gym then BrideBod will skip it with you. Until you hit “Complete” on each exercise and tell us how it was for you the next day will not be released.

No the opposite will happen actually. You’ll start getting sleek and toned. Think about Halle Berry, Jessica Biel and Jennifer Lopez. These celebs all have bodies women crave and they are toned, firm and fit women. Let’s get your body there too.

Your friend does need her own BrideBod account. Every woman has different limitations when it comes to working out. Some you may not even be aware of until you start working out. During the program after each exercise we ask you if the exercise was “Too Easy,” “Too Hard,” or “Just Right.” This will be different for different people. We will adjust your program based on what you respond. This workout is as unique as your wedding.

No you don’t have to be a Bride to participate in BrideBod but please note that a lot of our motivation is focused around wearing a wedding dress. If you’re not a Bride but you have a special occasion coming up that you want to look great for then just substitute the word wedding dress for event outfit. And we’ll be happy to help you get the body to rock it!

It’s your choice what type of gym you join. As long as it has the basic equipment that every gym typically has then you will be fine with an average gym. However as you progress and you begin to enjoy being in the gym you may want to consider investing in the higher end gym. If you’re spending a lot of time anywhere, make sure it’s a beautiful place for you and one that makes you happy.

We recommend joining a gym to access all the equipment suggested for use in this program. If you have a lot of equipment at home already you may be able to do this program at home. But we like the energy of a gym as it can be really motivating and a great way to meet new people.

This program is not based around cardio. While there may be some cardio for warm up or cool down it is not the focus of the program.
